All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
  • Standard Processing: 1–2 business days.
  • High-Volume Periods: Orders may require an additional 1–2 days.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST begin processing the next business day.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
  • A carrier tracking number.
  • A secure link to monitor your shipment in real time.
Note: Tracking details may require up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.

🔞 Adult Signature Requirement (21+)

Because we sell age-restricted electronic vaporization products, all shipments require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery, in strict accordance with federal regulations. Please ensure someone aged 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID is available to receive the package at the shipping address. Failed delivery attempts due to a missing adult signature may result in:
  • Delayed delivery
  • Package return to our facility
  • Re-shipment or restocking fees

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying local and state laws, some cities or zip codes restrict the delivery of vaping products. If your address falls into a restricted area:
  • Your order may be automatically canceled.
  • You will receive an email notification and a full refund.

📍 Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Metro Vape Mall is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to:
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses (e.g., missing apartment numbers).
  • Refused shipments.
